Total Health Guidance

I’ve been seeing Crystal at Total Health Guidance for EMDR therapy since January and I recommend her wholeheartedly. She has helped me to process intense emergency medical trauma and related issues with pregnancy loss & complications. She is knowledgeable in EMDR and very professional. She even worked with my quick timeline to process old emotional wounds as I approached the birth of my 2nd baby in April. I’m very grateful. I’ve been seeing Jeannette as a therapist for a few years and I must say that she is amazing! As someone who was hesitant about starting therapy, I could not have asked for a better experience. Jeanette has offered support, consistency, a listening ear, a confidant, encouragement, and so much more to me. I must give credit to the office staff as well. They are exceptional. It’s always been a smooth going process when scheduling a session, whether it’s online or over the phone and they are so welcoming! The last few years have been beyond challenging for me, as I would not have been able to overcome it without the guidance and support from Jeannette. I know I tell her thank you all the time in our sessions, but I want to publicly thank her for being such an amazing counselor! She’s made me a firm believer in the fact that we ALL should get therapy. It works!
