I took my daughter here to Dr. Rosario and the experience was great. To start, the doctor was amazing and very helpful. The lady at the reception was also very nice and friendly. The wait at the lobby and inside were relatively quick. Thank you for a pleasant visit.

I wanted to share my personal experience because it was very different from some of the reviews I read. Scheduling the appointment and getting through the initial paperwork process did take some time, however, I’ve noticed that’s with various specialty appointments in the area. However, once we were seen, everything changed for the better. Dr. Brian Harris was truly exceptional! He listened carefully to all of my concerns, checked in multiple times to make sure I didn’t have additional questions, and explained everything in a calm, clear, and professional way. He took his time with my son, interacted with him directly, and made the entire visit feel thoughtful and thorough rather than rushed. The wait time in the office was minimal, and the doctor came in quickly. Most importantly, I left feeling informed, supported, and confident about the next steps. I’m very grateful for the care we received.

Unethical. The doctor (Brian) refuses to provide second options which helps no one, especially the child. Are we, the parent and child, suppose to except one (possible) miss-diagnoses; or having a second opinion that can open more doors to treatments? Absolutely disgusting ethics and unsympathetic response/explanation (lack there of) from scheduler. If the shoe were on the other foot with the doctor’s own child I’m confident he would seek a second opinion. As a doctor, don’t you take an oath to treat patients?

This place is garbage. They make you go through hoops just to qualify to be seen by a doctor. They want you to basically win a lottery system. They ask for pages upon pages of medical history for them to "evaluate" if your kid is a candidate to be seen by one of their doctors. After sending in the paperwork, they take 2 months to send a response by email saying that our son doesn't meet the criteria to be seen. NO WONDER THEY HAVE HORRIBLE REVIEWS. Do yourself a favor and take your child somewhere else.

My child’s neurologist recommended going to a developmental pediatrician due to their testing not showing enough markers to get him any therapy’s even tho he is needing it. They don’t do second opinions which is absolutely crazy and hurts no one except the child. There are a limited number of develop peds around as it is, making people travel further or just letting their child suffer because there also aren’t a lot of ped that are covered under insurance. will not being going to this hospital/care facilities for my children at all and will also not recommend.
