So basically if you do not speak Spanish you won't get any serious service. I'll show up before my appointment time and still waiting an hour to 2 hours and people just getting in are walking right back.... how is that possible you ask they know Spanish and I do not. And this visit today I walked in and they told me my appointment was for 4:30today.... so I took out my appointment card and it said 8:30. I'm posting this at 9:35 and I still have not been seen. And people are walking right back. Long story short if you do t know Spanish look for another doctor. This will be my last visit here!!!

We went to the this pediatrician back in the 2005 - 2006 - yes - apx 15 years ago. I waited with a sick baby for nearly 3 hours in a nearly empty waiting room. After finally being called back to the doctor, I found that when questioned, said she reported she had not been busy all day and was reading magazines to pass the time. That was our last visit. I got curious today thinking about how frustrating that was and looked her up to find similar experiences in the reviews. If that was 15 years ago and the problems are still happening (and probably were before hand) you have to think there is something wrong.

All 3 of my kids absolutely love her! Dr. Martinez-Cruz is caring and thorough, and she always remembers everything about them. We have been going here for 6 years, and although there is usually a long wait, I will continue to bring my little ones here for their healthcare.

The worst service ever, so my son was given a appointment at 11:00am i get to there and i am told is 11:30am which was not true but whatever, they took forever to see my son and on top of that his Medicaid was not going through do i was paying out of pocket, ok so 12:45pm comes around were seen but they didnt have his shots ready so now its 1:30pm and my husband and i walked off at this point i had to call off work and then when we are getting ready to leave now they want to have his things ready.... were mad and hungry and on top of that one of the girl goes over and tells the chick she needs to pay for the shots i am like i am not going to walk out without paying relax but since they didnt give him his shots they only charged the physical which was enough but i was so mad that the staff is so unprofessional and than the doctor is like you dont have to do his shots like what what type of clinic do they run? I am pulling my son out they can go kick rocks.

Horrible wait times , be ready to wait atleast an hour before you can see your doctor!
