In-Depth Care Physical Therapy

Dr. Alicia is AMAZING! I’m so glad I found her! I originally started seeing her for ongoing lower back problems, which apparently were related in part to some very tight ligaments. She not only works on the problem during our sessions, but has also given me techniques I can use at home to help manage it and keep making progress between visits. What I really like about her is that she combines both Eastern and Western techniques and does a lot of hands-on manual therapy with the soft tissues and joints. She really listens to what is bothering me and adjusts the treatment based on what I need that day. She has even helped me with other issues that have come up, including TMJ and various other aches and pains. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely listens to what I’m experiencing at each visit. I especially appreciate that she doesn’t just treat the immediate pain—she helps me understand what may be contributing to it and what I can do on my own to help. I’ve noticed a real difference since I started seeing her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a physical therapist who is hands-on, listens, and takes an individualized approach to treatment.

I had been struggling with anterior pelvic tilt and leg length imbalance for a long time, and it used to cause significant lower back pain after walking for only about 20 minutes. Dr. Alicia was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the treatment process. After receiving her care, my condition improved dramatically. When my neck gets really stiff and painful, and/or my hip starts bothering me, this is the first place I go. Has always helped more than anything else or any other place. Alicia is amazing.
