Florida Auto Repair

I can’t thank Florida Auto Repair enough, especially Richard and his team. I was visiting Orlando for the weekend when my Charger started overheating. I live over 4 hours away, and I was worried I wouldn’t make it home. I called around 1:00 PM, knowing they closed at 2:00 PM, and explained my situation. Without hesitation, Richard told me to bring it in and that he would take a look. The moment I arrived, they pulled my car straight into the shop and immediately started diagnosing the problem. Even though they were closing, Richard and his team stayed late to make sure my car was repaired correctly. They never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them. Not only did they fix the overheating issue, but they also thoroughly inspected my car, explained additional repairs it would need in the future, and gave me very fair and reasonable estimates. I truly appreciated their honesty and professionalism. The best part? I MADE IT BACK HOME WITHOUT A SINGLE ISSUE! In today’s world, it’s hard to find people who genuinely care about helping others, but that’s exactly what I experienced at Florida Auto Repair. Richard and his team went above and beyond for someone who was stranded away from home, and I’ll never forget it. If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy repair shop, I 1000% recommend Florida Auto Repair. Thank you again, Richard and the entire team! You guys are amazing. 🤝

I stopped in today as a walk in, needing a new battery. We just moved to the Winter Garden area so I’m looking for a go mechanic. From my experience today, and I’m super picky about anyone that touches my car, I may have found my place. I was treated well and charged a fair price. I will keep you all posted In the future as I decided to go back and have my headlight components changed out.

Had them do a diagnostic and once we told them we would think about the repair this is how they left it… if you consider this to be good service wow. Buyer beware!!!

I my self never let anyone touch my vehicle's. I always do all the work myself. You name it and I've done it. So I took it to get the A/C recovered and have the a/c pumped back in.. They did excellent and quick! Just under and hr. And exactly as I asked and didn't push to do other stuff.. For that i will give them the ⁵stars!
