Caliber Collision

Second time my vehicle had to get repaired in six months. Once a bird and once a hit and run. This time the side of my truck was tore up. Now it looks like new again. Thank you to everyone at Caliber Collision, and Enterptise rental for a job well don. Twice.

I was forced by StateFarm against my better judgement to use this "in network" body shop - and boy was my gut right. They disconnected my Dashcam but didn't know the car has onboard recording. My Cadillac CT4 V Blackwing took over 2 months to get repaired, was aggressively revved up in the shop by idiots, was taken on joyrides, and ultimately, had one of the WORST repair jobs ever. Complete with specks in the paint like it was painted outdoors, wavy panels, misaligned gaps, and rough spots. Never ever trust this shop if you care about your vehicle. It was so bad I sold the car and moved on from it altogether to avoid the drama it'd take to get repaired proper.

Had an extremely small fender bender. Caliber repaired the body work, but as soon as I drove my 2025 Hummer EV away, I could tell the alignment was off.. I let them know immediately and finally about a month later after multiple phone calls and pushing, the manager authorized a realignment at a GMC dealership. The dealership said the alignment was horribly off and something was definitely wrong with the car for it to be that bad, but Caliber Collision dismissed this For the first day or maybe two, the vehicle alignment seemed okay but worsened with time. 3 days afterward I contacted Caliber Collision letting them know there was still an alignment issue.. I was working with Ricardo, who I think is the manager there, and he kept saying he'd call me back, asked me to send the alignment specs which I did, And kept And kept giving me the run around... It's been well over 6 weeks now and I still can't get him to return my call. There is a clicking sound when I turn to the left, which is the direction the Truck veers when I release the steering wheel by the way, but I can't get them to call me back. Worst of all, now I need two new front tires which cost about $700 bucks each on a big luxury truck like this. Be forewarned...

Took my car in for a body repair and it came out looking brand new! The service and staff were wonderful. They handled everything for me and got it done quickly. Overall, a top notch experience. Would highly recommend this shop.

I had my car fixed originally at a Caliber Collision in Austin, TX in July 2025 and could no longer go back to do the warranty at the original shop. Since I have Geico, they allow you to do warranty work anywhere. I worked with Destiny at this location on getting my Honda Accord through a warranty claim and she was able to work with Geico and get this fixed for me at no cost. I attached pictures of the before and after of the missing lower engine cover.
